Prairie Breeze
Prairie Breeze aged cheddar is a six times Blue Ribbon Winner of the American Cheese Society. It starts out crusty, salty and sharp like an Irish cheddar than trails off sweet. The perfect cheese to go with a good craft beer or premium wine.
Morning Harvest
Morning Harvest is a very aged Cheddar. It starts off with a hint of sweet then trails off like a strong cheddar that has a distinct aged tang. It is more salty than sweet. The finish will leave you wanting another bite. Clearly another award wining cheese.
4 Alarm
4 Alarm is for those that like it hot and spicy. You start by tasting the chipolte, the green chili, then the Jalapeno. Then there will be a long gap of just enjoying the cheese and that is when the Ghost pepper joins the other three peppers.
Garden Vegetable
Garden Vegetable is made from the old style cheddar and is a perfectly creamy cheddar with crunchy vegetables.
Caramelized Onion
A very Creamy Cheddar with actual Caramelized Onions not a spice. This Cheddar is one of our best cooking cheeses with dishes like melted into Au gratin Potato’s or French Onion Soup.
Tomato Garlic
A very Creamy Cheddar with actual Tomato and Garlic in it. Another great cooking cheese or cubing cheese. People love grating it over pasta or adding it to Chili. The real draw is making Personal Pizza’s with it. Ask us for our recipe.

Old Style cheddar is made like it was made a 100 years ago. Think open vats and expertise. It is a creamy cheddar with a little aged taste at the end. Perfect for cooking and melting on anything.

Quark is a German Cream Cheese, but much more. It is recommended by doctors for Chemo, Diabetes, Stomach surgeries and keto diets. Very high in protein and low in calories and carbs. Sometimes eaten with honey or jam and is the perfect companion with toast or bagels. It is not just a spread you can cook with it too. There are many recopies on line. Quark can replace Cream Cheese, Greek Yogurt, Sour Cream, or Cottage Cheese in any recipe. Quark is truly a cheese for anyone wanting to eat healthy. Quark is also found in every store in Europe. We like to sell our Quark in two – three weeks. Quark has a thirty day shelf life if refrigerate only. If you freeze it, it will last much longer and it thaws out perfect.
