Small dairy herds of 8-20 cows that are hand milked daily. Sustainable agricultural practices including crop rotation
Cheeses are rBST free, GMO free, and naturally gluten free. Compelling farm-to-table story.
They make a line of Signature Monterrey Jacks that are smoked and or seasoned. Our favorite is the Smoked Apple Jack. They also have a smoked Cheddar and an uncured parm which is great for cooking.

Milton Creamery is located in Amish country in Iowa near the Missouri Border. They get their milk from Missouri and Iowa. They do everything like it was done a hundred years ago with Open Vats. Most of the cheese world moved to closed vats to make more cheese in the same amount of time, not better cheese. Milton still honors the old tradition of quality not quantity.
They make a line of Specialty Aged and or Seasoned Cheddar’s. Their aged cheddar’s are award winning and their Old Style has age and is still creamy. Several cooking cheeses like Caramelized Onion and Tomato Garlic. For those that like it hot, 4 Alarm will do the trick. All Bars are regularly stocked items

Eastern Limited is in the Amish country in the East. They too are a co-op of small farms creating innovative cheese. The Symphony line is made up of White Tie Raw Cheeses and Flat Bread Fontana’s.
Raw Cheese is made with unpasteurized Raw Milk. The country has finally made a decision on the legality of Raw Cheeses. Raw Cheese is now legal provided it is aged at least six months in all of our states. The science has shown that at that point of aging, the bad bacteria we usually pasteurize out is gone and the good bacteria that we usually pasteurize out is still there. This is something people have wanted for a long time.
We carry three bars . They are Classic Raw Cheddar, Smoked Raw Cheddar and Garlic & Dill Raw Cheddar.

Chalet Cheese is a Wisconsin maker of gourmet Swiss. The Swiss block will amaze you. This is not behind the glass Swiss, but rather something extraordinary and will certainly start winning awards on a national level.
They make Baby Swiss & Smoked Baby Swiss. The Baby Swiss is as to be expected a higher quality. The Smoked Swiss is the best I have ever tasted in the Smoked Swiss category.
They bring with the above Item an American original called Alpenaro. This Creamy Wedge is made from Swiss, Gouda, and Parmesan enzymes. The combination gives a unique high quality taste. This must be tried to appreciate it.

Kinston is also a Wisconsin Cheese Maker. This Amish Group specializes in upscale Blue cheese crumbles.
Their ready to eat/spread tubs include Premium Blue crumbles, Smoked Blue crumbles, and Blue Cheese Salad Blend.
The Premium Blue is just that and an award winner. The Smoked Blue is an amazing touch that definitely adds a different taste. Finally my favorite the Blue Cheese Salad Blend that includes Premium Blue, Gorgonzola, Goat Blue, and Smoked Blue.
