Is an American original cheese. They create this cheese with Swiss, Gouda, and Parm enzymes. This Wedge could not be creamier. An Alpine-style cheese that is a fusion of sweet and nutty. It has a smooth, delightful finish which becomes more intense and full-bodied with age.

Chalet Baby Swiss
Over the years, the Swiss cheesemakers experimented with part-skim and whole milk, this would require less ripening time and could be sold earlier. This younger cheese is Baby Swiss. It offers a full, nutty, yet mild, mellow taste that is sure to please discerning cheese connoisseurs. It tends to be creamier than Swiss and is in stock now.
