A truly great taste sensation! Our fruity and crisp cheddar is smoked with natural wood giving the cheese an added earthy, toasty flavor. Great on a BBQ brisket sandwich or Charcuterie board. Another Kennedy Specialties Favorite.

Pepperoncini Jack – In Stock
I am not a fan of Pepperoncini peppers, but they did this cheese right. The vinegar and acidity of the peppers left the texture of this cheese more like a Gouda than a Monterey Jack. The Pepperoncini flavor is the finish and it is perfectly done.
Smokey Creamy American – In Stock
Probably the creamiest American cheese I have ever had. The Smoke is light and just perfect. Together they are a great melting cheese or just cube and eat. This bar is priced as the others with an extra ounce. A must try. We were surprise as will everyone who tries it.
